There’s a Science to Play
We believe play is one of the best ways to get minds racings and hearts pounding. To test the theory that high-quality play can lead to more active, healthier, and connected families we enlisted the help of the University of Calgary to do comprehensive research for our Play Project.
Phase A
The purpose of this study was to collect baseline data, using a cross-sectional survey sent to 25,000 households across 17 neighborhoods, to evaluate the long-term impact and awareness of the Vivo Play Project.
Phase C
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Play Scientist Program outcomes, using questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. We wanted to better understand people's experiences using wearable fitness devices and the Play Scientist Health App, over a 3-month period.
